Why the food you get in the restaurant looks different from the ads.
This is probably not the only reason why, but this video is interesting to see anyway. I always thought it was because the food was fake (and in some cases I know it is.) I was surprised to see they were indeed using real food. Idealized, picture-perfect + photoshopped food, but hey, we do the same thing with humans.

Seared sea scallops with sweet and spicy dipping sauce. Yum.
